Spring-Loaded Vacuum Cup Nozzles and M5 Female Holder
Vacuum pickup nozzles with black cups, metal stems, coil springs and green locating discs, as shown in the original photographs. This family includes standard cup nozzles, larger single-layer cups, double-layer cups, a flat cup and a holder-only option.
Choose the Configuration
- Holder only: M5 female nozzle interface; no suction cup included.
- Standard cups: 6, 8, 10, 13 and 16 mm nominal diameters.
- Single-layer cups: 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 mm nominal diameters.
- Double-layer cups: 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 mm nominal diameters.
- Flat cup nozzle: 30 mm nominal diameter.
Choose the complete configuration, not diameter alone. Single-layer, double-layer and flat cups have different profiles. The photos show removable cup fittings and the M5 female interface of the holder. Cup-only spare parts shown in family photographs are not separate purchase options on this page.

Dimensions and Fit
Each model image retains its original feature arrows and millimeter dimensions. Inch equivalents are added beside the corresponding measurements and rounded to three decimal places. Thread designations such as M5 are retained as metric thread names, not converted to a different thread standard. Compare overall height, stem diameter, bottom interface, cup diameter and spring clearance with the equipment before ordering. Different cup configurations have different overall heights.
Construction and Use
The original photos show a spring-loaded mechanism for vacuum pickup of components in automation and SMT handling equipment. The 15 mm single-layer image identifies a 5 mm buffer stroke; do not assume this stroke or its overall dimensions apply to every other model. The supplied information does not establish a numeric vacuum rating, flow rating, material grade, hardness or ESD certification. Machine-family references in the source do not guarantee fit to every machine.
Installation
Isolate the equipment before replacing a nozzle. Check mechanical fit and align the cup/nozzle interface. Follow the equipment's mounting and vacuum-line procedure. Check free spring movement, pickup clearance and vacuum sealing before production. Keep the cup face clean and replace worn or damaged parts.
Supply Scope
Selecting a cup nozzle supplies the selected nozzle configuration; selecting the holder-only option does not include a cup. Group photographs illustrate designs and views and do not establish a multi-piece package. Motors, mounting sleeves and control electronics are not included.
