Model and selection notes
- SGP size and color identify the cup; ZPT2 and threaded variants are fittings. Confirm that the fitting is compatible with the selected SGP diameter.
- Choose the exact cup geometry and diameter from the model image; small changes in lip shape can affect sealing on thin film.
- Silicone is commonly selected for flexible sealing and wider temperature capability; NBR is useful for wear resistance and lightly oily industrial conditions; conductive models are intended for static-sensitive handling where specified.
- Wrinkling, folds, perforations and very thin film can cause leakage. Test the actual film thickness, vacuum level and cycle speed before production.
