SAB Series NBR Double-Layer Vacuum Suction Cups and Fittings: These robust cups are intended for dynamic handling of sheet metal and formed industrial panels, including lightly oily production surfaces.

Recommended applications

Steel and aluminum sheets, stamped panels, automotive body parts and smooth formed metal components.
Press feeding, punching, destacking, transfer lines, CNC or laser-machine loading and robotic handling.
Dry or oily workpieces requiring stable lateral positioning and repeated high-cycle operation.

Model and selection notes

SAB diameter and female/male thread identify the complete cup assembly. Standard cup and separate fitting variants are not interchangeable.
Bellows profiles adapt to curved or height-varying panels; flatter profiles give more stable positioning on flat sheets.
NBR is suited to abrasion and oil exposure; silicone is selected where temperature range or clean contact is more important.
Sharp edges, perforations, heavy scale and severe curvature interrupt the seal. Test the real part and use a suitable safety factor.
