PVX Integrated Palletizing Vacuum Grippers
PVX suction-cup-type vacuum grippers combine an aluminum body with a built-in vacuum generator for industrial handling and palletizing. Select from eight lengths, all with a 130 mm body width. A separate 20-piece replacement suction-cup pack is also available.
Applications
Designed for handling wood boards, stone slabs and cartons where the workpiece surface provides a suitable vacuum seal. Select the gripper size and vacuum supply to suit the workpiece and application.

Load-selection notice: Suction-force and lifting-mass figures are supplier theoretical values, not rated safe working loads. Actual capacity depends on seal quality, surface porosity, vacuum level, orientation and acceleration. Validate the complete system and apply an appropriate safety factor before lifting. Do not use theoretical values as a safe payload rating.
Replacement Suction Cups - 20 pcs
The replacement pack contains 20 blue NBR rubber suction cups; it does not include a complete PVX gripper. The separate cup drawing specifies a 42 mm base diameter, 44.6 mm overall height, 18 mm top diameter, 8 mm bore, 16 mm internal diameter, 17 mm neck height and 4 mm lip detail.
Drawing note: The gripper-card cup inset is labeled 44 mm at the base and 45 mm high, while the separate replacement-cup drawing specifies 42 mm and 44.6 mm. Both original sets of dimensions are retained. Confirm fit and mounting dimensions before ordering replacement cups.
