Precision CNC Turning Details

This made-to-order service is for stainless-steel and other approved-material components produced from your drawing, sample or functional requirement. Typical parts include shafts, pins, bushings, sleeves, spacers, threaded adapters, nozzles and other rotational components.

Machining features we can review

  • Outside and inside diameters, steps, shoulders, tapers, grooves, undercuts and thin-wall features.
  • Internal and external threads, bores, cross holes, wrench flats and secondary milled features.
  • Critical fits, concentricity, runout, surface roughness and inspection points where shown on the drawing.
  • Stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, aluminum and engineering plastics, subject to project review.

Recommended information for quotation

Please provide a PDF drawing and, when possible, a STEP file. Mark the material grade, quantity, critical dimensions and tolerances, thread standards, surface roughness, heat treatment or coating, and any required inspection report. If no drawing is available, send a sample with clear dimensions and application information.

Production and quality workflow

  1. Drawing and manufacturability review.
  2. Material, tolerance, finish and quotation confirmation.
  3. Programming, tooling setup and prototype or first-article production when required.
  4. CNC turning, secondary machining, deburring, cleaning and finishing.
  5. Inspection to the approved drawing, then protective packing and shipment.

Custom-order note: Final price and lead time depend on material, dimensions, tolerance, quantity and secondary processes. Product images are representative examples; the delivered part will follow the approved drawing and written quotation.
