PBTS Double-Layer Vacuum Cups with Spring Buffer Mounts

Double-layer vacuum cups with integrated spring buffer mounts for compatible industrial vacuum systems, robotic end-of-arm tooling and automated handling equipment. Select the required model by cup diameter, stroke and cup material.

Quick selection

  1. Choose cup diameter: 60 mm, 70 mm or 80 mm.
  2. Choose buffer stroke: 10 mm or 30 mm, according to the selected model.
  3. Choose material: S = white silicone; N = black NBR.
  4. Confirm the drawing: check the full model code, mounting dimensions, thread interfaces, workpiece surface and installation clearance before ordering.

Model code guide

PBTS-[diameter]-[stroke]-[material]: the cup diameter in millimetres, the nominal spring-buffer stroke in millimetres, and S for white silicone or N for black NBR. Each option displays its own product view and dimensional drawing.

Suitable for

  • Industrial vacuum pick-and-place and packaging automation
  • Robotic end-effectors requiring spring compliance
  • Handling smooth, flat or gently contoured workpieces after compatibility checks
  • Replacement and configuration work for compatible vacuum assemblies

Before use

Confirm the full model code, selected drawing, cup material, mounting thread, vacuum level, workpiece surface, payload, acceleration, temperature and operating environment before installation. No food-contact, medical, lifting-safety or regulatory certification is claimed.

FAQ

Which material should I choose? Select white silicone or black NBR according to the application and material compatibility requirements. Can I interchange 10 mm and 30 mm versions? Check the selected drawing, mounting clearance and required compliance before treating models as interchangeable.
