PAG Film Vacuum Suction Cups & Fittings: These cups are designed for opening, separating and transferring flexible film, plastic bags and pouch-type packaging without relying on a rigid flat surface.

Recommended applications

• Plastic bags, flexible film, laminated pouches, stand-up pouches and light packaging materials.
• Bag opening, pouch feeding, filling and sealing machines, packaging robots and automated pick-and-place stations.
• Soft or unstable packaged products where a flexible lip or bellows stroke helps maintain contact.

Model and selection notes

• PAG A/B and size codes identify different lip geometries. White silicone, black NBR and antistatic versions should be selected for the actual film and environment.
• Choose the exact cup geometry and diameter from the model image; small changes in lip shape can affect sealing on thin film.
• Silicone is commonly selected for flexible sealing and wider temperature capability; NBR is useful for wear resistance and lightly oily industrial conditions; conductive models are intended for static-sensitive handling where specified.
• Wrinkling, folds, perforations and very thin film can cause leakage. Test the actual film thickness, vacuum level and cycle speed before production.
