Plastic Threaded Tube Fittings and Compression Ferrules

Select an M6 male-thread body, a 1/4-28UNF body with a specified compression ferrule, or a ferrule on its own. These are separate ordering configurations, not an assorted set. The M6 body-only and ferrule-only options do not include other fittings. Tubing, bulkhead nuts and seals are not included.

Available Models and Original Reference Values

M6 Body Only

The clean original M6 photograph shows 22.6 mm overall length, 10 mm threaded section, 3.3 mm upper opening, 5.8 mm thread-area profile, 9.5 mm grip width and 5.3 mm lower opening. No ferrule is included with this selected body-only option. M6 is the source thread designation; pitch is not supplied.

1/4-28UNF Large-Bore Body with 3.2 Ferrule

The clean original photograph explicitly identifies the large-bore threaded body with a 3.2 mm ferrule. The corresponding source body drawing lists 22.6 mm overall length, 10 mm threaded section, 3.4 mm opening, 6.1 mm thread-area profile, 9.5 mm grip and 5.3 mm lower opening. The original ferrule drawing shows a 3.2 mm upper opening, 5.2 mm height and other 3.5, 4.9 and 3.3 mm profile values. This selected configuration explicitly specifies PP.

Small-Bore Body and 1.6 or 2.0 Ferrule

The two original supplier technical drawings identify the 1/4-28UNF small-bore body with its selected 1.6 or 2.0 mm bore ferrule. They show 22.7 mm overall body length, 10.1 mm threaded section and original profile values 6.0, 5.1, 2.7 and 2.6 mm. Each is one body plus one selected ferrule, not two complete fittings. These model images are the supplied technical drawings, not new photographs or newly generated geometry.

Ferrule-Only Options

The standalone original drawings show bore diameters of 1.6 or 2.0 mm and common source values of 4.8, 4.5, 1.0, 2.6 and 3.3 mm. Follow the original arrows for the taper, flange and length dimensions. A ferrule-only order does not include the threaded body. It must not be confused with the 5.2 mm-tall ferrule used by the separate large-bore 3.2 configuration.

Tube, Thread and Material Selection

Confirm the actual rigid-tube outside diameter, bore, ferrule profile and mating port before ordering. The supplier family describes use with rigid tubing including PTFE, but the fittings are not described as being made of PTFE. 1/4-28UNF remains a thread designation, not an assumed 6.35 mm physical passage. Only the large-bore 3.2 combination explicitly identifies PP; no polymer grade is inferred for the other selected parts. M6 and 1/4-28UNF are not interchangeable.

Operating Conditions

No pressure or temperature rating, installation torque, tested leak-tightness, chemical-compatibility result, medical or food-contact certification is supplied. Confirm the fluid and operating conditions. The source bulkhead installation photograph has supplier text across the actual assembly and is not used. The separately shown black body/nut photograph does not accurately match the translucent-body SKU configurations and is not bound to them.
