  • Thread size alone is not enough. Confirm thread gender, thread form, mating depth, sealing method, head clearance and the selected model drawing.
  • Do not infer holding force from this adapter. The completed vacuum system's performance depends on the selected cup, actual vacuum at the cup, workpiece surface, piping, acceleration and installation.
  • Use the full variant label. For example, AFS-18M-2 is listed in both black and white finishes; choose the exact listed variant rather than relying on the base code alone.
  • No torque value is claimed here. Use the torque and sealing practice specified for the mating components; avoid cross-threading and over-tightening.
  • Not a safety-lifting component. Do not use as a personnel-lifting, medical, food-contact or safety-critical suspended-load component unless the complete system has been separately qualified for that use.
