Aluminum Shaft and Post Clamp Blocks - FXLU Thin and FXLJ Standard, 8-50 mm

Aluminum Shaft and Post Clamp Blocks
FXLU thin blocks and FXLJ standard blocks provide a split-clamp mounting point for round guide shafts, support posts and fixture shafts. Tightening the transverse clamp screw closes the split around the shaft. Threaded mounting holes connect the block to the surrounding fixture or structure. These parts hold a shaft in position; they are not sliding linear bearings.
Choose thin or standard construction
FXLU / WQMU: thin block configuration, offered for 8-50 mm shafts, with one clamp screw.
FXLJ / WQM: standard block configuration, offered for 8-50 mm shafts. The 8, 10 and 12 mm sizes have one clamp screw; 15-50 mm sizes have two.
Material: aluminum alloy with oxidized surface, as specified in the source sheets.
Dimensions and mounting
Select the exact bore and block style. Each offered configuration has its own original product photograph and dimension drawing in the gallery. Actual numeric values remain on the original dimension lines. The enlarged bore summary gives millimeters and approximate inches. Original metric dimensions, H7 bore tolerances and surface-finish symbols take precedence. Check the clamp screw position, external envelope, mounting-hole count, thread size and hole spacing before ordering. Auxiliary symbols without supplied values are not assigned guessed dimensions.
Applications and installation
These blocks can support guide shafts and posts in adjustable fixtures, positioning assemblies, sensor brackets and automation equipment where the selected mounting pattern fits. Align the shaft and adjoining components before tightening the split clamp and mounting screws. Check shaft fit, alignment, environment and load suitability for the complete assembly. No numerical load or tightening-torque rating is supplied.
Package and ordering
One clamp block is supplied per selected option. Photographs illustrate the design and screw arrangement; the cover is a representative standard block, not a multi-part set. The shaft, adjoining fixture and separate mounting fasteners are not included in the selected block specification. Confirm any additional fasteners required for your installation.
