EPDM Replacement Foam Pads for 130-Series Vacuum Grippers

Slotted EPDM foam replacement pads with adhesive backing for compatible 130-series integrated vacuum grippers used in palletizing and material handling. Choose the pad length, thickness and filter-mesh configuration to match your existing gripper.

Replacement foam pad only. A complete vacuum gripper, vacuum generator and mounting hardware are not included.

  • Thicknesses: 3, 5, 10, 20, 30 and 40 mm

Model dimensions are listed as width x length x thickness, in millimeters. Select the required full model before ordering. Check the slot pattern, overall dimensions and mounting surface against your existing gripper; matching the width alone does not establish compatibility.

Image and Installation Notes

Each length and filter-mesh configuration uses a shared reference image across the six thickness options. The image does not indicate the selected thickness; use the model option for the exact thickness. Dimension and slot-count labels reproduce the supplier specifications. Illustrations are for identification and are not manufacturing drawings.

Confirm compatibility and follow the gripper manufacturer's pad-replacement instructions. Verify sealing and handling performance on the complete system before returning it to service.

Selection & Installation

  • Material: EPDM foam for 130-series foam vacuum grippers.
  • Width: 130 mm. Select the required length, thickness and filter mesh option from the model selector.
  • Before ordering, check overall length and width, slot size, edge offsets and row/column spacing against the existing pad.
  • Clean the bonding surface before installation. Peel away the protective liner, align the pad, and adhere it to the mounting surface.
