DHPG / DHRG 3050 Mini Pneumatic Grippers, 1-105 mm
Compact DHPG and DHRG 3050 series pneumatic grippers for injection-molding robots, pick-and-place systems and industrial end-of-arm tooling.
Model selection
- DHPG-3050P models use flat gripping pads; DHRG-3050F models use profiled gripping pads for rounded or shaped workpieces.
- Standard configurations cover the illustrated 1-62 mm gripping ranges.
- Adjustable TG, LG and L14 configurations cover the illustrated 35-100 mm or 60-105 mm ranges.
- Short and long blue silicone-pad configurations are available for different workpiece contact lengths.
Ordering and installation
- Select the exact model and verify its dimensions, gripping range and pad profile in the matching image.
- Confirm mounting clearance, operating pressure, jaw travel, workpiece geometry and required safety factor before installation.
- Include any application-specific requirements in the order requirements field.
