- Backlash, noise, temperature, duty cycle and operating environment where these affect the design.
Recommended information for quotation
Please send a PDF drawing and, when available, a STEP/DWG/DXF file. Include the target ratio, input/output torque and speed, rotation direction, dimensions, material, quantity, critical tolerances, finish and application details. For a replacement gearbox, clear photos, nameplate information and an undamaged sample can support our engineering review.
Production and quality workflow
- Review the drawing, sample and transmission requirements.
- Confirm feasibility, materials, gear geometry, quotation and lead time.
- Approve the drawing and produce a prototype or first article when required.
- Machine the housing and shafts, cut or finish the gears, assemble and lubricate.
- Inspect dimensions, fit, rotation and assembly requirements against the approved drawing, then pack and ship.
