Custom Quick-Change Vacuum Nozzles and Holders

Drawing-dependent pickup nozzles and matching holders for automation. The supplied original photographs show the separate nozzle, holder and assembled connection from several angles. Choose the complete configuration; the nozzle-only and holder-only options are not complete assemblies.

Available Configurations

• Custom nozzle only: the pickup component; separate holder not included.
• Custom holder only: the connecting holder; nozzle not included.
• Custom nozzle and matching holder: an agreed drawing-dependent assembly.
• 17 mm / 0.669 in height, 8 mm / 0.315 in round-hole custom nozzle and holder: the configuration identified by those source option values. Confirm the location of the height/hole dimensions against the agreed drawing before ordering.

Example Drawing, Not a Universal Specification

The original example drawing shows diameter values 26 mm / 1.024 in, 14 mm / 0.551 in and 27 mm / 1.063 in, together with 16 mm / 0.630 in, 19 mm / 0.748 in and 24.50 mm / 0.965 in dimensions. The source arrows and values are preserved. These dimensions describe the pictured example, not every custom product and not the separate 17 mm-height/8 mm-hole configuration.

Drawing Confirmation Required

Before ordering, provide the workpiece, pickup-face geometry, hole pattern, nozzle/holder mating interface, equipment mounting connection and required clearance. Final dimensions, materials and supply scope must be agreed before manufacturing. Original photographs illustrate source examples and do not define an unapproved custom design.

Construction and Application

The source describes a quick-change anti-rotation connection. Photographs show machined metal connecting parts and a pickup face with holes. Material grades, thread specifications, tolerances, lifting capacity and vacuum/flow ratings are not supplied. No zero-angle-error or positioning-accuracy guarantee is made.

Installation and Checks

Isolate equipment before installation and follow its replacement procedure. Verify that the nozzle and holder are a matched pair, mounting and vacuum connections are secure, the pickup face is clean and the available movement does not interfere with the workpiece. Check vacuum sealing and pickup/release in the actual application before production.

Supply Scope

The selected nozzle-only, holder-only or assembly configuration is supplied. Multiple items in the source photographs show examples and views; they do not establish a multi-piece pack. Machines, motors, controllers and external vacuum supplies are not included.
