Product scope
- Nylon industrial sprocket for a shaft-mounted drive-end application.
- Representative image includes single-row and multi-row sprocket forms; the final geometry follows the confirmed drawing.
- A typical production lead time is approximately seven days after all customization requirements are confirmed. The final schedule is confirmed for each order.
Required order notes
- Chain standard and pitch, number of rows, tooth count and required quantity.
- Outside diameter, overall thickness, hub diameter and hub length.
- Shaft diameter and required bore size.
- State whether the center should be supplied unmachined, with a through bore or with a blind bore.
- Keyway width and depth, set-screw details, and any tapped or mounting-hole diameter, depth, position and thread.
- Required tolerances, material grade, colour, load, speed, temperature and operating environment.
- Attach a dimensioned drawing or sketch whenever possible.
