Custom Non-Standard Robot Joint Components
Made to your drawings, samples and technical requirements. This product page is for custom and non-standard robot joint housings, flanges, bearing seats, actuator housings, structural links and related precision-machined components.
Quotation required before ordering: the displayed US$9,990.00 is a placeholder reference price only. It is not a final or binding quotation. Final price, quantity, lead time, tooling, inspection and shipping are negotiated and confirmed in writing after the technical requirements are reviewed.
Custom manufacturing scope
- Robot joint housings and actuator housings
- Joint flanges, mounting interfaces and bearing seats
- Structural arms, links, brackets and support components
- Motor, reducer, encoder and cable-routing interfaces
- Prototype, replacement and small- or medium-batch components
The images show representative custom-machining concepts. They do not define a standard model or fixed dimensions. Delivered parts follow the approved drawing, revision and written quotation.
Technical information required for quotation
- Drawing or model: dimensioned PDF plus STEP/STP, IGES, DWG or DXF files when available. State the controlling drawing number and revision.
- Application: robot type, joint position, installation method, operating environment and whether the part is a new design or replacement.
- Critical interfaces: overall dimensions, shaft or bore sizes, flange diameter, bolt circle, mounting holes, bearing seats, motor/reducer/encoder interfaces and cable passages.
- Material: required alloy or material grade, together with any hardness or heat-treatment requirement.
- Tolerances: dimensional tolerances, fits, datums, concentricity, runout, flatness, perpendicularity and any critical geometric controls.
- Surface requirements: finish, roughness, anodizing, plating, passivation, coating, color, marking or other treatment.
- Loads and operating conditions: torque, radial/axial load, speed, duty cycle, shock, vibration, temperature, contamination and corrosion exposure where relevant.
- Inspection and documentation: critical-dimension reports, material documents, first-article requirements or other agreed acceptance records.
- Quantity and delivery: prototype quantity, order quantity, expected repeat volume, requested delivery date and destination.
Custom order process
- Send the drawings, sample details and application requirements.
- BOLTTE reviews manufacturability, critical interfaces, material, tolerances, inspection scope and quantity.
- Both parties confirm the drawing revision, final quotation and lead time in writing.
- Production and inspection follow the approved requirements.
Please do not place an order based only on the placeholder price. Request and confirm a project-specific quotation first.
