Material options may include cast bronze or other copper-alloy substrates with solid-lubricant plugs, subject to application review. The bronze grade, graphite arrangement, hardness, counterface, lubrication conditions, documentation and compliance requirements must be confirmed in the approved drawing and written quotation.

Information required for quotation
- Drawing or model: dimensioned PDF plus STEP/STP, IGES, DWG or DXF files when available. State the controlling drawing number and revision.
- Application: machine type, installation position, sliding direction, mating components and whether the part is a new design or replacement.
- Dimensions: bore, outside diameter, length, flange dimensions, bolt pattern, mounting holes, grooves, slots, chamfers and special features.
- Fits and tolerances: shaft and housing fits, dimensional tolerances, datums, concentricity, runout, flatness and other critical controls.
- Operating conditions: static and dynamic load, speed, stroke, duty cycle, temperature, environment, contamination and expected service life.
- Material and lubrication: required bronze grade, solid-lubricant pattern, counterface material, surface hardness, lubrication method and any material certificates.
- Surface and inspection: roughness, edge condition, coating or treatment, critical-dimension reports, first-article inspection and traceability.
- Quantity and delivery: prototype quantity, order quantity, repeat demand, requested delivery date and destination.
