Drawing Confirmation Required

These are custom products, not one fixed universal nozzle size. Contact us with the drawing, workpiece, pickup-face dimensions, hole pattern and machine connection requirements before placing an order. Final geometry and mounting fit must be agreed for the specific application before production. Photographs show source examples and do not define dimensions for a different custom design.

Construction and Application

The source describes dual-bearing guidance and an anti-rotation layout. The original photos show the coated face, spring/guide mechanism, underside connector and separate holder from several angles. No measured positioning accuracy, friction value, vacuum rating, lifting capacity or ESD certification is provided. The coating material grade, hardness and operating temperature are not specified; do not infer these from the color or appearance.

Installation and Fit Checks

• Confirm the equipment's mounting interface, vacuum connection and available travel/clearance against the agreed drawing.
• Isolate the equipment before fitting or replacing the assembly and follow the equipment manufacturer's procedure.
• Check that the guides move freely, the pickup face is clean and vacuum sealing is suitable for the intended workpiece before production.
• Do not assume compatibility with a particular machine model from an example photograph alone.

Supply Scope

The selected configuration determines whether the mounting holder is included. Machines, motors, drivers, external vacuum supplies and workpieces are not included. The multiple views in the photographs are not a statement of package quantity. Custom requirements must be confirmed before manufacturing.
