Specification Notes
Cell counts describe available jig positions, not supplied batteries. Confirm the selected arrangement and cell dimensions, adjustment travel, clear opening, jaw height, clamping contact and intended assembly process. The source image labels a 135 × 135 mm opening for one pictured reference; do not apply that dimension to every configuration. Cells, nickel strips, welding equipment and power supplies are excluded. This passive positioning jig does not provide electrical isolation, battery protection or a welding safety system. Avoid contact between conductive terminals and tooling; follow the equipment and battery manufacturer safety requirements.
