Non-standard custom made. Cabinet and enclosure hinges with four countersunk mounting holes. Choose the exact body material, mounting-hole pitch, thickness and hole diameter. Profile-style numbers such as 4040, 5050 and 6060 are selection references, not a universal fit guarantee.

Materials and Supply

• The CL226-3-K, CL226-2-K, CL226-1-K and thick 6060 options are identified as 304 stainless-steel bodies in their exact source photographs. The black 6060 option is zinc alloy, not stainless steel.
• Each order unit supplies one hinge. Screws, slot nuts, frames and door panels are not included. Photograph counts are not pack quantities.
• Counterbore/countersink shape, hinge-axis clearance and fastener seating should be checked against the exact photograph and the actual mounting arrangement. Hole diameter is not a thread specification.

Model and Dimensional Comparison

Metric dimensions are the original reference values. Inch equivalents are rounded to three decimal places. Follow each exact image for dimension direction and mounting orientation; do not transfer dimensions between materials or thicknesses.

Installation and Selection

• Check frame/panel dimensions, mounting-hole positions, countersink shape, hinge-axis alignment, opening direction and door clearance.
• Choose fasteners and extrusion slot nuts for the actual mounting substrate. Confirm screw engagement and seating without assuming the nominal hinge family determines a screw size.
• Determine hinge count and installation spacing from the full door assembly and operating load. No verified load rating, noise rating, corrosion-test duration or fixed service life is provided for this range.
• These parts are not lifting points or certified safety interlocks. Confirm material documentation where the application requires a certified alloy grade.
