BULB-VAC and BULB-VACX Manual Vacuum Pickup Bulbs
Oval silicone manual vacuum pickup bulbs for suitable smooth glass, lenses, cover glass, optical parts and electronic components. No external vacuum source is required. Select the exact bulb family, cup model and cup color.
Available configurations
- BULB-VAC with V-series cups: 3, 5, 6.5, 8, 10, 12.9, 15.9, 18.8, 19.9 and 30 mm.
- BULB-VACX with VS1-series cups: 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 50 mm.
- Black NBR rubber cups or white silicone cups; the bulb body remains black.
- BULB-VAC Bulb Only and BULB-VACX Bulb Only are supplied without a cup.
Materials and operation
The bulb body is silicone. White cups are silicone; black cups are NBR rubber according to the source material information. Move the cup over the part, compress the bulb, make sealing contact and allow suction to hold the workpiece. Move carefully and vent the bulb to release. Test sealing, surface compatibility and handling suitability before use. Numerical ESD resistance and rated lifting load are not specified.
Dimensions
Model illustrations retain the dimensions from the corresponding SKU source image, in millimeters. The VS1-15-S source SKU card shows 10 mm cup height while the older detailed drawing shows 15 mm; confirm the version if this height is critical. Only the selectable models listed above are offered.
