Model Selection

  • Module 1: 13, 15, 20, 26 or 30 teeth with the listed bore options.
  • Module 1.5: 13, 15, 20, 26 or 30 teeth with bore and keyway options shown.
  • Module 2: 15 teeth with the listed bore and keyway options.
  • Each model image retains the applicable step, overall thickness, tooth thickness and outside diameter.

Material and Use

  • 45 steel gear body with helical-tooth geometry for compatible cross-axis arrangements.
  • Use only with a matching module, tooth count, shaft diameter, keyway, centre distance and load rating.
  • Dimensions and technical callouts are shown in millimetres unless marked otherwise.

Before Ordering

Confirm the module, tooth count, bore diameter, keyway size, mating gear, rotation direction, clearance, speed, torque, lubrication and operating temperature against the selected drawing. If machining is required, state the shaft diameter and whether a through bore is needed in the order notes.
