Soft-bag vacuum suction cups and fitting assemblies for flexible packaging and automated handling.
BG Cup Lip, Assembly or Service Part?
BG options serve different replacement needs. A cup-lip-only option supplies a different item from a threaded assembly, bellows body or retaining clip, even when the size family looks similar.

BG25 / BG34 / BG41 / BG48 / BG63 Cup Lip Only
Replacement sealing lips. Confirm the matching existing body and retention arrangement.
BG...-B3 and BG48-B6-G3/8
Listed connection assemblies. Match the complete size and connection code to the holder.
B3 Bellows Body (For BG48) / Retaining Clip (For BG25)
Separate service parts with different stated size applications; not complete suction cups.
For filled pouches, assess the usable sealing area away from seams and wrinkles. Trial the real fill level and pickup motion. Packaging-use wording does not establish direct food-contact or pharmaceutical certification.

Applications and Suitable Workpieces
BG Series Soft Bag Vacuum Suction Cups & Fittings: These soft-bag cups use a compliant lip and height compensation for unstable packages whose surface shape changes during pickup.
Recommended applications
Liquid pouches, powder bags, flexible food packs, pharmaceutical bags and other sealed soft packaging.
Bag filling, pouch loading, case packing, sorting and robotic transfer in packaging machinery.
Curved or deformable packs that need gentle damping and a broad, adaptable sealing surface.
Model and selection notes
BG25 through BG63 identify cup size. Cup lip, bellows body, retaining clip and complete fitting assemblies are separate service parts.
Choose the cup-lip size according to the stable sealing area on the filled package, not only the overall bag size.
Select the listed B3 or B6 connection assembly only when its exact interface matches the holder and vacuum line.
Product fill level, trapped air, wrinkles, seams and surface contamination can change holding force; validate the real package at production acceleration.
