BOLTTE Adjustable LCD Screen & Glass Vacuum Lifter & Accessories - 120-850 mm
BOLTTE adjustable vacuum lifters provide a rigid aluminum handle and manual air-release control for positioning LCD screens, glass panels and other clean, flat, smooth, non-porous workpieces.
Configuration range
- Handle lengths: 120 mm to 850 mm.
- One-, two- and three-cup configurations are available as listed in the selector.
- Standard suction cup diameter shown in the drawings: 87 mm.
- Nominal assembly height shown in the drawings: 80 mm.
- Replacement 87 mm blue suction cup: supplied individually.
- 130 mm PCB holding fixture accessory: two-piece set.
Ordering notes
- Select the exact handle length and cup count before adding the item to the cart.
- For replacement components, confirm the interface dimensions and compatibility with the existing assembly.
- State the workpiece size, surface material, orientation and handling method in the order notes when application review is needed.
Use notes
- Clean the workpiece and suction surfaces before every use.
- Test holding force on the actual workpiece before lifting or positioning.
- Do not use on porous, rough, cracked or contaminated surfaces.
- Do not use for personnel lifting or unsupported overhead loads.
