Compact Brass Anti-Rotation Nozzle Connection Sleeve

A separate brass/copper-alloy sleeve for vacuum-pickup and labeling assemblies. This listing covers the compact 18 mm-high configuration with a 5 mm nozzle-side connection and an 8 mm unthreaded bore. It is not the 25 mm-high, 7 mm-connection sleeve.

Dimensions

Inches are rounded to three decimals using 25.4 mm per inch. The original photographs and dimension arrows are retained.

Construction and Interface

Source photographs show a machined metal sleeve, a black sealing ring near the flange, small locating holes and side retaining features. The source identifies the material as brass/copper alloy but supplies no exact alloy grade. The 8 mm bore is not an M8 threaded interface. Bore depth, side-thread pitch, sealing-ring material and operating pressure are not specified.

Selection and Installation

Match the 5 mm nozzle connection, 8 mm bore, overall height, flange diameter and anti-rotation location to the actual mating parts. Similar outside diameter does not establish interchangeability. Isolate equipment before replacement, inspect the sealing ring and retaining features, keep the vacuum passage clean, and test retention and pickup/release before production.

One selected sleeve component is supplied. The two orientations in the model photograph show the component from different sides, not a two-piece pack.
