Hoeveelheid
PJG Series Double-Bellows Vacuum Suction Cups
Compact double-bellows vacuum cups for compliant gripping and industrial automated handling.

- Model images show model-specific dimensions and mounting details
Choose the PJG configuration for the pickup surface
Evaluate a double-bellows cup when the pickup surface or approach height varies. Confirm that the selected cup can seal on the real part and that its movement is acceptable during the machine cycle.
| Selection question | What to check |
|---|---|
| Cup or accessory? | Check the complete option label; cup, adapter and sponge options are not automatically the same supplied assembly. |
| Silicone or NBR? | Match the selected material to actual temperature, contamination and wear conditions. |
| Standard cup or sponge option? | The listed PJG-50-N + Red Sponge is a specific option, not a feature of every PJG cup. |
| Flat or bellows profile? | Compare contact geometry, pickup-height variation and allowed movement before choosing. |
Do not infer usable bellows stroke, payload or a temperature rating from the model number alone.
Applications / Suitable For
- Robotic pick-and-place and automated workpiece transfer
- Handling uneven, lightly curved, or height-varying surfaces where a bellows cup is appropriate
- Packaging machinery, assembly equipment, and general industrial vacuum systems
- Silicone options for temperature-varying environments and nitrile-rubber options where wear or oil resistance is required, subject to application testing
Confirm cup size, material compatibility, vacuum level, and mounting configuration for the actual workpiece. No food-contact or regulatory certification is claimed.
