PBT Side-Port Vacuum Cups with Hose-Barb Fittings – Silicone or Nitrile Rubber, 6–50 mm
PBT Side-Port Vacuum Cups with Hose-Barb Fittings
Compact vacuum cups with an integrated right-angle side hose barb for industrial pick-and-place systems and robotic end-of-arm tooling. Select the cup diameter and material that match the workpiece and operating environment.
- Twenty selectable combinations covering 6, 8, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 50 mm cup diameters
- Translucent-white silicone or black nitrile-rubber cup options
- Nickel-plated brass fitting body with a right-angle side vacuum connection
- Hose barb for PU tube with 6 mm outer diameter and 4 mm inner diameter
- M4 x 0.7 mounting thread on 6–15 mm models; M6 x 1.0 on 20–50 mm models
- Across-flat size: 10 mm on 6–15 mm models; 14 mm on 20–50 mm models
- Dimensional drawings support model and installation-space selection
PBT side-port options: keep diameter and material together
PBT-06-S through PBT-50-S and the corresponding N options identify different cup sizes and materials. Side hose routing does not remove the need to verify the fixture thread and cup profile.
| Selection detail | What to check |
|---|---|
| 6–15 mm models | The listing specifies M4 x 0.7 mounting and 10 mm across flats. |
| 20–50 mm models | The listing specifies M6 x 1.0 mounting and 14 mm across flats. |
| S versus N | S is translucent-white silicone; N is black nitrile rubber. Check operating conditions independently. |
Does the PBT family illustration supply both materials?
No mixed-material kit should be inferred from the photograph. Order the required selected variant, and confirm quantity separately from the overview image.

Applications / Suitable For
- Small-part pick-and-place, sorting and transfer equipment
- Packaging, assembly and light industrial automation
- Compact end-of-arm tooling where side hose routing reduces vertical clearance
Confirm cup diameter, material, mounting thread, tube fit, workpiece surface, vacuum level, load, acceleration and operating environment before use. Silicone and nitrile rubber differ in wear, oil and temperature behaviour. No food-contact, medical, lifting-safety or regulatory certification is claimed.
