Wear-resistant polyurethane vacuum cups for sheet-metal handling, supplied in BFF and FCF profiles with model-specific G3/8 male or female threaded fittings where listed.

BFF and FCF: choose the fitting as well as the cup
This polyurethane range includes male-thread, female-thread and without-fitting selections. A cup profile or diameter does not identify everything included in the selected option.
| Selection detail | What to check |
|---|---|
| 0201821 BFF30P | Listed with a G3/8 male thread. |
| 0206908 BFF30P | Listed with a G3/8 female thread; the mating connection differs from the male version. |
| FC25P Without Fitting | A separately labelled without-fitting option; verify the required mounting parts. |
Are BFF and FCF profiles direct replacements?
Do not assume interchangeability. Compare the sealing profile, installed dimensions, connection gender and the actual sheet-metal surface, including oil exposure, before choosing a replacement.
Related selection references
Compare the drawings and intended function; these references are not a statement of direct interchangeability.
Applications / Suitable For
- Automated loading, unloading, transfer, and pick-and-place of sheet-metal parts
- Stamping presses, laser-cutting and punching lines, bending cells, and metal-fabrication equipment
