Steel Spline Nozzle Shafts

Steel spline shafts with threaded ends for nozzle-rod and automation assemblies. Select the 5 mm shaft with M5 thread, the 6 mm shaft with M6 thread, or the drawing-dependent custom option. The original photographs and dimension lines are retained.

Model and Dimensions

The 145 mm value in the source option is a dimensioned segment, not the 160 mm overall length shown in the drawing. Both values are preserved. The close-up inset also shows 4 mm / 0.157 in. M5 and M6 remain metric thread designations; the source does not specify thread pitch or tolerance.

Construction and Selection

The source specifies steel and shows spline/guide surfaces, a threaded end and an opposite-end fitting. No steel grade, verified coating specification, hardness report or dimensional tolerance is supplied. Select by shaft diameter, thread, spline profile and the mounting interface, not by a machine name alone.

Custom Option

Contact us with the drawing and confirm diameter, length, spline profile, thread and end-fitting requirements before ordering a custom shaft. The custom-option photograph illustrates examples; it is not a guarantee that all possible designs share one geometry or mounting fit. The custom design must be agreed before production.

Installation and Care

Isolate the equipment before replacing a shaft. Follow the machine's replacement procedure, verify alignment and spline/thread engagement and check movement without interference before production. Keep the sliding surface clean and follow the equipment's lubrication requirements.

Choose the shaft configuration shown in its model drawing or the custom option. Group photos illustrate multiple examples and do not establish a multi-piece pack. No machine, motor, controller or additional nozzle package is included. Machine-family references in the source do not prove universal compatibility.
