FSTE/FSTA Vacuum Cup Buffer Mounts – M6/M16/M20/M22
FSTE/FSTA Vacuum Cup Buffer Mounts
Spring-loaded vacuum cup buffer mounts and threaded fittings for compatible industrial pick-and-place and robotic end-of-arm tooling. Select the exact model code and verify every dimension in its model-specific drawing before installation.
- 26 exact model configurations with M6-group, M16, M20 or M22 mounting arrangements
- 19 anti-rotation variants where identified by the selected model
- G1/8, G1/4 and G3/8 male or female connections according to model code
- 15 mm, 25 mm, 50 mm and 75 mm spring-travel configurations where shown
- Compact M3/M5 female-thread fitting configurations are also included
- Model-specific product and dimensional images are provided
FSTE/FSTA mounts: decode the full configuration
This family mixes compact fittings with spring-buffer mounts. Compare connection gender, mounting size and anti-rotation designation before choosing a travel configuration.
| Selection detail | What to check |
|---|---|
| FSTE M3-IG 5 / FSTE M5-IG 5 | Compact configurations; use their own drawings rather than larger-mount specifications. |
| FSTE-G1/8-AG25-VG-M16 | An explicitly labelled anti-rotation option; match cup-side and fixture interfaces. |
| FSTA G1/4-AG25-M22 | A different connection and mounting configuration; not a diameter-only substitution. |
Are all FSTE/FSTA options anti-rotation?
No blanket assumption should be made. Use the anti-rotation label and drawing for the selected variant, and verify available travel and installed length separately.

Applications / Suitable For
- Robotic pick-and-place and packaging automation
- Vacuum end-of-arm tooling requiring spring compliance or anti-rotation control
- Replacement buffer mounts for dimensionally compatible vacuum-cup assemblies
Confirm the selected model drawing, mounting thread, port gender, spring travel, compatible cup, sealing method, vacuum level, load, acceleration and operating environment before use. No lifting-safety, food-contact, medical or regulatory certification is claimed.
