Spring-Loaded Vacuum Nozzle Holders and Connection Sleeves
Separate spring-loaded holders and brass or aluminum connecting sleeves for automated vacuum-pickup and labeling setups. Choose the individual component and its full interface dimensions. These options are not interchangeable solely because they have similar appearances.
Component Selection
- Holder options: OD8/ID5, M6 male thread, 7 mm flats, or a 6 x 6 mm square head. These are holder-only components, without a vacuum pickup cup or sleeve.
- Sleeve options: select material, height, round bore or M5 female interface, and the specified depth where offered. The nozzle-side connection is 7 mm / 0.276 in.
- M5 side-port brass sleeve: 25 mm / 0.984 in height with an 8 mm / 0.315 in blind bore. The source illustrates a separate side air fitting and shaft for assembly reference.

Dimensions and Anti-Rotation Features
Original product photographs, dimensions and feature arrows are retained for each selected component. Inches are converted using 25.4 mm per inch and rounded to three decimal places. M5 and M6 are metric thread designations, not measurements converted into inches. The square-head 4 mm dimension refers to head height, not total holder height.
The source photographs show locating pins, mating slots or holes, sealing rings and retaining-screw holes. Check the exact selected photograph for feature location. A drawn spring-section length is not a verified travel, load or service-life rating. Do not substitute a 6 mm nozzle-connection sleeve for this 7 mm connection series.
Fit Checks Before Ordering
Compare the holder mounting interface, sleeve bore, nozzle-side connection, height, insertion depth, flange diameter, pin position and available clearance against the actual machine. Confirm the thread pitch, sealing requirements and mating parts where not specified. Similar nominal sizes do not prove universal equipment compatibility.
Materials and Care
The sleeve material follows the selected brass/copper-alloy or aluminum source option; no exact alloy grade or coating specification is supplied. The holder photographs show machined metal and a spring, without a verified material grade. Keep mating surfaces and the vacuum passage clean. Inspect the seals, retaining holes and locating features for wear, and isolate equipment before replacing components.
Supply Scope
The selected holder-only or sleeve-only component is supplied. Multiple items in photographs are source views and assembly examples, not a multi-piece kit. Vacuum cups, independent shafts, air fittings, motors and machines are not included. Unspecified spare cores, generic-photo options and options with contradictory diameter labels are not offered. Test secure retention and the actual pickup/release operation before production.
