SMT-JU500–508 Spring-Loaded Vacuum Pickup Nozzles

Structure and selection
The supplied sectional drawing identifies the nozzle core, compression spring, locating collar and nozzle base. Overall drawing dimension is 31 mm (1.220 in). The spring-section drawing dimension is 3 mm (0.118 in) for JU500–JU505 and 8 mm (0.315 in) for JU506–JU508. These are drawing dimensions, not a verified travel rating.
Use the individual engineering drawings to check the pickup tip, mounting body and locating features. Confirm machine interface, component surface, vacuum system and tip fit before ordering. Replacement-style model names do not establish genuine OEM origin or compatibility with every machine.
Source dimensional notes
SMT-JU500: the source inner-tip annotation reads “2 x 0.4 mm” and is unclear. SMT-JU507: source caption gives tip OD 8.5 mm (0.335 in), while its engineering drawing labels 8 mm (0.315 in). Confirm these dimensions before ordering. The supplied drawings are retained without silently correcting the conflicting values.
Materials and care
The source describes a metal body; the workbook calls it stainless steel and the artwork calls it alloy. No specific metal grade is verified. The source material discussion mentions nitrile rubber and silicone, but does not assign the pickup-tip compound per model. No tip material or ESD rating is claimed for an individual SKU. Inspect the tip and spring, keep the vacuum passage clean, and verify performance in your application.
