BOLTTE Single-Claw Handheld Vacuum Suction Cups - 60-120 mm
BOLTTE single-claw handheld vacuum suction cups are designed for temporary lifting, positioning and fixture support on clean, flat, smooth, non-porous workpieces. Choose the model by pad colour, pad diameter and the required anti-static designation.
Model selection
- Pad diameters: 60 mm, 87 mm, 100 mm, 105 mm, 110 mm and 120 mm.
- Pad colours: black, blue, white and yellow according to model.
- Black Anti-Static models are listed separately in 87 mm, 100 mm, 110 mm and 120 mm sizes.
- The two Black Anti-Static 110 mm configurations are identified as Type A and Type B.
- White 105 mm - Smooth Bottom is supplied as a separate configuration.
Ordering requirements
- Select the exact pad colour, diameter and configuration before adding the item to the cart.
- State the workpiece material, surface condition and intended handling orientation in the order notes when application review is needed.
- Confirm fit, holding force and release behaviour on the actual workpiece before handling.
Use notes
- Clean the workpiece surface and suction pad before use.
- Do not use on porous, heavily textured, cracked or contaminated surfaces.
- Do not use for personnel lifting or unsupported overhead loads.
