POM-Coated Bearing Wheels — Plain-Bore and Stud Types
Engineering-plastic bearing wheels combine an acetal (POM) running surface with an internal rolling bearing. Select the plain-bore type for a separate axle, or a threaded-stud type for mounting through a bracket. These wheels can serve as guide or support rollers in compatible conveyors, sliding mechanisms and automation fixtures.
Choose the configuration
- EBSS: POM wheel with stainless bearing, plain bore.
- EB: POM wheel with SUJ2 bearing steel, plain bore.
- EBD: antistatic POM wheel with stainless bearing, plain bore.
- EBHS and EBBS: POM wheel with stainless bearing and threaded stud.
- EBH and EBB: POM wheel with SUJ2 bearing steel and threaded stud.
- EBBD: antistatic POM wheel with stainless bearing and threaded stud.
- EBBL: POM wheel with SUJ2 bearing steel and a 12 mm stud length, as marked on the individual source sheets.
Similar-looking families remain separate ordering codes. Confirm the bearing, mounting arrangement, stud length and drive style against the selected original model sheet. The supplier notes a change from older slot drives to hex-socket drives; confirm the delivered drive when a particular tool interface is essential.
Dimensions and selection
Available outer diameters are13–50 mm. Each model photograph retains its original product and dimension lines with readable metric and inch values. Metric dimensions and metric thread designations govern; inch values are rounded conversions. Thread pitch, tolerances and usable thread depth are not specified in the supplied model cards.

EBBL has a 12 mm stud length across the listed sizes; use the individual EBBL sheet instead of the normal stud-length column. The bore column applies only to plain-bore models. Bearing codes follow the individual cards.
Using the wheel
- Match the outer diameter, tread width, bore or stud size and available mounting space.
- Check the selected source allowable load and support arrangement. Do not use that figure as an unrestricted dynamic or system load rating.
- Install the axle or stud square to the bracket and avoid side loading. Provide clearance so the rotating wheel does not rub the bracket.
- Check free rotation, alignment and contact with the guide surface before operating the mechanism.
Materials and scope
Standard types use POM; EBD and EBBD use supplier-described antistatic POM. Electrical resistance values and ESD certification are not supplied. Stainless-bearing grades are inconsistent between the family table and some individual cards, so no exact stainless grade is specified here. Confirm any grade or electrical requirement before ordering. Temperature limits, maximum speed, lubrication interval and chemical compatibility are not specified in these source sheets.
Package and original model views
