MINI-A and MINI-D pneumatic grippers

Aluminum-alloy pneumatic grippers for robot fixtures and sprue-handling tools. Choose one exact configuration, not a complete family set. MINI-A configurations use the source female-thread mounting design; MINI-D configurations show a male-thread stem. Standard, wide, extended, hook, curved, V-profile, cylindrical, flat and padded jaw options have different geometry.

Dimensions and configuration

Every purchasing option has its own dimensional image. Measurements are in millimeters, and gripping ranges are supplier-stated. Codes such as MINI-AL and MINI-A-L refer to different wide and extended configurations. Do not treat models with similar names as interchangeable. G options show silicone contact pads; WD options show a detection attachment. Confirm the electrical interface of wired versions before connection. MINI-ANC is an internal-gripping design, unlike the external-gripping models.

Operating notes

The supplied body marking states max. 8 bar / max. 116 psi. Verify operating pressure, air connection, mounting clearances, workpiece load and control requirements before integration. Contact-pad suitability and non-marking behavior depend on the workpiece and operating conditions. No universal load capacity or compatibility is implied.
