JKXP Holders and ZPG Vacuum Cups
Select a JKXP spring-loaded holder or a ZPG replacement vacuum cup for SMT pick-and-place and automated vacuum pickup. These are separate purchasing options, not a complete multi-part kit.
What You Receive
- JKXP — Holder Only: the aluminum-alloy holder with a green locating collar and compression spring. A vacuum cup is not included in this option.
- ZP-...-N: black rubber replacement vacuum cup.
- ZP-...-S: white silicone replacement vacuum cup.
- ZP-...-GS: black antistatic silicone replacement vacuum cup. No electrical resistance value or certification is specified.
- Assembled and family photos show how the components are used together; they do not indicate that every pictured item is included.

Dimensions and Equipment Fit
The JKXP holder drawing shows an overall dimension of 37 mm (1.457 in). The original drawings are retained for each listed cup. Cup sizes are nominal model sizes; the 18 mm and 20 mm drawings also show outer dimensions of 19 mm (0.748 in) and 21 mm (0.827 in). Refer to the drawing rather than assuming the nominal size equals every outer dimension.
Drawing values are in millimeters; inch values are rounded conversions. Verify mounting connection, spring clearance, cup geometry, pickup surface and vacuum-system compatibility before ordering. A spring-section drawing dimension is not a rated stroke or load specification. Replacement-style model names do not establish genuine OEM origin.
Materials, Use and Care
The holder is described as aluminum alloy. Select black rubber, white silicone or black antistatic silicone according to the required model option. Inspect the cup for damage, keep the vacuum passage clean, check the cup-to-holder connection for leaks, and test the setup on the intended workpiece. No rated temperature, maximum load, food-contact or medical certification is provided.
