5.0 Red-Core Inline Check Valves

Select one cylindrical or disc-profile red-core check valve. Both selected configurations have smooth connection stems rather than hose barbs. The disc option is explicitly identified as transparent PC in the source. The cylindrical option has no confirmed polymer grade. Each option supplies one selected valve, not the three pieces shown in the family photograph.

Cylindrical Profile

The corresponding original drawing identifies the 5.0 red-core cylindrical valve and shows 54 mm overall length, 26.8 mm central length, 12.8 mm upper body width and 13.9 mm lower body width. The upper connection profile carries separate 5 mm and 2.8 mm values. These are drawing reference dimensions, not a pressure or flow rating.

Disc Profile

The 5.0 smooth-stem disc valve is specified as transparent PC (polycarbonate). Its corresponding source drawing shows 36 mm overall length, 6.5 mm central thickness and 19 mm disc width. The upper stem has 3.1, 4.6 and 5 mm profile values, and the lower-end opening is marked 2.9 mm. These individual reference values are not substituted for the model designation.

Dimensions and Installation

The variant photographs are native-scale crops of the original red-core family photograph. The full stems, central shell and insert are preserved without redrawing. Values are transcribed from the corresponding source drawings; inch equivalents are approximate and rounded to three decimals. Confirm actual tubing fit and retention, flow direction and the required opening pressure before installation. The model designation alone does not establish every hose-ID or stem-OD dimension.
