Threaded Spring-Loaded Holders and Small Oval Pickup Assemblies
Separate spring-loaded holder-only components and assembled oval vacuum pickup tools for automation setups. Choose the component scope, thread interface and complete dimensions. The three oval assembly options use an M3 female holder interface; the fitted cup adapter shown in the inset uses the matching male thread.

Dimensions and Construction
Holder-only heights are 31, 32.5 and 31.6 mm for the M4 male, M5 male and M3 female source configurations respectively. The M4 photograph labels 31 mm, not 31.8 mm. The assembled 2 x 4, 4 x 8 and 4 x 12 mm oval cup tools each show 41 mm total height, a 7 mm lower stem and a 16 mm green flange. Original photos, inset connection views and cup drawings are retained. Inch equivalents use 25.4 mm per inch and three decimal places. M3, M4 and M5 remain metric thread names, not inch threads.
Component Scope and Fit
Holder-only options do not include a pickup cup. Oval assembly options include the selected fitted oval cup and holder shown in their exact model photograph. The green flange, machined metal body and exposed spring are visible source features. No verified spring travel, working load, thread pitch, alloy grade or service-life rating is supplied. The source does not establish an ESD certification or the exact elastomer formulation of these three black cup configurations.
Match the mounting interface, thread gender and pitch, stem diameter, flange clearance, total height, cup footprint and vacuum connection to the actual equipment. A male cup-fitting thread must not be confused with the holder female interface. Similar cup dimensions or green flange color do not establish equipment compatibility or interchangeability.
Use and Maintenance
Isolate equipment before replacement. Inspect the spring, sealing surfaces and retaining features. Keep the vacuum passage clean and check cup edges for wear or damage. Validate actual pickup, release and clearance with the workpiece before production. Spring-section dimensions do not establish rated stroke or load.
Supply Scope
One selected holder-only or assembled tool configuration is supplied. The original family overview contains multiple components and additional sizes for range context; it is not a multi-piece kit and is not exact-model evidence. Machines, shafts, independent fittings and other selected models are not included. Manufacturer compatibility names in the supplier source are not a claim of genuine OEM manufacture.
