Custom manufacturing and confirmation
The three supplied images are reference design schematics, not photographs of a completed unit or final manufacturing drawings. Manufacture is subject to confirmation of the final mounting interface and drawing details.
Backing-plate material: steel or aluminum. The final material is selected in consultation with the customer and confirmed before manufacture. Aluminum labels in the reference schematics are illustrative; the agreed material governs the finished custom assembly.
- The square-tube side dimension A and tube locating-hole diameter are not specified and must be confirmed.
- Confirm plate and pad thicknesses, mounting-hole sizes and positions, corner radii, sealing-lip geometry and protrusion, and any required tolerances before manufacture.
- The bracket is shown centered in both directions, with equal square-tube extension at both ends. Do not infer unspecified dimensions from the illustration scale.
- The reference design leaves a gap around the thin rubber pad; pad openings align with the vacuum ports and remain unobstructed.
- No tested lifting capacity, load rating, vacuum specification, seal compound, hardness or temperature rating is specified in the supplied material.
