BOLTTE Z2, Z3 and Z11 keyless locking assemblies provide mechanical shaft-to-hub connections. Select the exact series and model by bore, outer diameter, width, material and bolt specification.
Model selection
- Z2 and Z3 models use the format series-bore x outer diameter x width.
- Z11 models use the format series-bore x outer diameter.
- Bore sizes: 12 mm to 200 mm, depending on series and model.
- Standard models use 45 steel; selected Z2 models are available in 304 stainless steel.
- Bolt quantity and metric thread are shown in the selected model image when supplied.
Ordering notes
- Match the bore to the shaft and the outer diameter to the hub interface.
- Confirm the axial space, material and bolt specification for the selected model.
- Verify shaft and hub tolerances, surface condition, load, alignment, installation torque and operating environment before use.
