Miniature Vacuum Cups and Spring-Loaded Assemblies
SMT+ miniature vacuum cup assemblies and ZP2 replacement cups for small-part pick-and-place handling. Choose a complete stainless steel holder assembly or a cup-only option, then select the required material and nominal cup diameter. The 63 configurations cover standard SMT+, SMT+-A and ZP2 cups in nitrile rubber, silicone and supplier-described anti-static silicone.
What is included: SMT+ and SMT+-A options are holder-and-cup assemblies. ZP2 options are cups only, without a metal holder. The main photo is a family example; the selected model has its own photograph and dimension drawing.
Choose the Correct Configuration

For ZP2 flat cups, the model endings identify material: MUN = black nitrile rubber, MUS = silicone, and MUGS = anti-static silicone. The 4 mm bellows options are ZP2-B04MBN, ZP2-B04MBS and ZP2-B04MBGS respectively. Check the entire model and material label; visually similar black cups can have different material grades.

Cup Materials
Silicone offers a flexible cup option. Nitrile rubber is offered for applications requiring oil resistance and sealing. Anti-static silicone is a supplier-described material option for static-sensitive handling. Operating temperature, electrical resistance, service life and lifting performance are not specified as tested ratings for this listing; confirm the requirements of your application.
Holder Construction
The assemblies combine a stainless steel holder, spring, green collar and replaceable cup. Standard and -A holders have different body and spring dimensions. The supplied drawings show M5 threaded mounting. Use the exact drawing for the selected model rather than assuming the two holder types are interchangeable.
Handling Orientation and Application Examples
For small-part handling, match the cup contact area to the workpiece and check sealing, vacuum level, lifting orientation and system safety factors. Machine fitment and payload must be verified for the actual installation. The supplier's 503/504 designation is a selection reference, not a guarantee of fit for every machine.
