ZPT2-A5, ZPT2-B5, G1/8-AG and G1/8-IG are separately listed fitting selections.

Installation and Operating Checks

• Compare contact diameter, cup height, stem bore and fitting retention against the exact drawing. Do not force a cup onto an unmatched holder.
• Position the lip away from film seams, folds, zippers and perforations. Test leakage, bag opening and release with the actual film at production speed.
• Confirm material, temperature exposure, electrical requirements and any required food-contact documents for the selected option. Color or Imported wording does not establish compliance.
• Inspect for cuts, contamination, hardening, deformation and damaged fittings. Keep the vacuum passage clear and replace worn cups.
• No rated load, universal compatibility or service life is established by the family photographs. Generators, tubing, holders and buffers are separate unless explicitly included.
