PCG Series Silicone and Nitrile Rubber Vacuum Suction Cups: These compact cups are intended for precision pickup of small parts where limited contact area, low mass and accurate positioning are important.
Recommended applications
- Electronic components, small plastic parts, glass pieces, labels, packaging components and precision assemblies.
- Compact robots, pneumatic pick-and-place units, sorting systems, inspection equipment and small-part assembly.
- Flat to slightly uneven parts requiring a small footprint and model-specific height compensation.
Model and selection notes
- PCG3.5 through PCG90 identify diameter. White silicone and black NBR variants should be selected for the actual temperature, wear and oil conditions.
- Select the smallest diameter that provides adequate holding force without covering features or edges.
- Flat models improve positioning stability; multi-bellows models compensate for height and curvature; conductive materials are only for static-sensitive handling where identified.
- Confirm surface porosity, vacuum level, release time, acceleration and part cleanliness on the real component.
