Manual IC Vacuum Pickup Pen Kits

Manually operated pickup pens with replaceable silicone suction cups for handling small components. Choose from 11 cup diameters in black or white. Each listed kit contains one pen, three cups and a storage case.

Selection: choose the cup color and diameter. The main image is a family overview showing black-cup examples, not a picture of every selected option. Prices are per kit.

Specifications

• Cup diameters: 1.5, 3, 5, 6.5, 8, 10, 12.9, 15.9, 18.8, 19.9 and 30 mm.
• Cup colors: black or white. The pen body is black.
• Operation: squeeze to expel air, seat the cup, release the squeeze to grip, and squeeze again to release the item.
• Applications: ICs, CPUs, SMD and LED components, electronic parts, optical lenses and glass, touchscreens, packaging and repair.

The supplier describes standard, antistatic and non-marking versions, but these properties are not separately specified for each color/size option. Confirm surface compatibility and any ESD requirements before use. The supplier's stated pickup of items up to 500 g is not a rated capacity for every cup; performance depends on cup size, surface and orientation. No tested ESD rating or certification is supplied.
