LY-505 Non-Marking Manual Vacuum Pickup Pens

Hand-operated vacuum pickup pens for positioning smooth, flat parts such as phone and tablet cover glass, display panels and optical lenses. Squeeze the flexible handle to operate the cup without an external vacuum supply.

Available sizes

Select the cup diameter that fits the contact area. Each option is one complete pen in the selected size, not a set of four.

Construction and selection

• Flexible silicone construction with an orange non-marking contact face.
• Compact manual design for repeated pickup and positioning.
• The source describes tear-resistant, low-shedding silicone and use in clean work areas. No cleanroom classification is specified.
• The supplier describes the material as antistatic, but no surface-resistance specification or ESD test report is supplied. Validate suitability for ESD-sensitive work.

The supplier states a pickup range of 1–800 g across the product family, depending on cup size. This is not a rated capacity for each individual option. Holding performance also depends on the contact surface and seal. Test with the actual part before use.

How to use

1. Compress the handle before pickup.
2. While holding the handle compressed, place the cup flat against a clean, smooth surface. Release the handle to create suction.
3. Confirm that the cup is holding the part, then lift and move it to the required position.
4. Support the part and squeeze the handle again to release it.
