FG SPB2 SBOF Bellows Vacuum Suction Cups: Bellows suction cups provide vertical stroke, damping and contour adaptation for parts with height variation, curvature or sensitive surfaces.
Recommended applications
- Curved or slightly uneven plastic parts, cartons, packaged goods, formed panels, glass and general industrial components.
- Mold unloading, machine tending, sorting, assembly and robotic pick-and-place where gentle contact is required.
- Multiple-cup grippers handling parts with small differences in height or position.
Model and selection notes
- FG, SPB2 and SBOF are different bellows families for different surfaces. Select the exact profile, size, material and drawing; do not substitute by color alone.
- Bellows geometry and usable compression vary by model. Confirm the selected drawing, available installation space and required stability; do not infer usable stroke from the number of folds alone.
- Use the exact model dimensions and thread configuration shown in the product image when matching an existing holder.
- Holding force depends on sealing area, vacuum level, surface condition, acceleration and safety factor; test the actual workpiece.
