Black H-Groove Measuring Wheels
Grooved wheels with metal hubs and black contact tread for length-measurement and wire-guiding arrangements. Choose the nominal circumference required by your equipment. Circumference is the distance around the wheel, not its outside diameter.
Configurations
| Nominal circumference | Available bore range |
|---|
| 200 mm (7.874 in) | 4-14 mm (0.157-0.551 in) |
| 250 mm (9.843 in) | 4-14 mm (0.157-0.551 in) |
| 300 mm (11.811 in) | 4-14 mm (0.157-0.551 in) |
Specify the Finished Bore
The 4-14 mm range is not an adjustable bore. Specify one exact finished shaft bore in the order requirements and confirm it before ordering. The listed configuration does not select a finished hole automatically. For a nonstandard groove, hub, keyway or other interface, send the drawing and confirm the requirements separately.
Construction and Fit Checks
- The supplied photograph shows black groove tread, metal side faces, a shaft bore and a retaining-screw opening.
- Wheel width, groove width and depth, hub projection, bore tolerance and screw thread are not specified. Check the actual mounting space and guided material before ordering.
- The precise tread compound and hub alloy are not established by the photograph. Do not assume a particular material grade, hardness, load rating or operating speed.
- A matching encoder, bracket, shaft and complete measuring system are not included unless separately specified.
Measuring and Installation Notes
Match the wheel circumference and encoder configuration, and calibrate the effective rolling distance on the actual surface. Slippage, contact force and the guided material affect measurement. Isolate the machine during installation, align the wheel and secure the shaft connection before testing. Inspect the tread and fixing points for wear and damage.
Original Product Photograph
The photograph illustrates this grooved-wheel family. It is not a separately verified photograph of every circumference or evidence of a multi-wheel pack. Inch values are rounded to three decimal places.
