Model and selection notes
- BL30-5, BL40-5 and BL50-5 identify size. White/red silicone, black NBR, premium, cup-only and complete assembly variants must be matched by full code.
- Choose the exact cup geometry and diameter from the model image; small changes in lip shape can affect sealing on thin film.
- Silicone is commonly selected for flexible sealing and wider temperature capability; NBR is useful for wear resistance and lightly oily industrial conditions; conductive models are intended for static-sensitive handling where specified.
- Wrinkling, folds, perforations and very thin film can cause leakage. Test the actual film thickness, vacuum level and cycle speed before production.
