BG Series Soft Bag Vacuum Suction Cups & Fittings: These soft-bag cups use a compliant lip and height compensation for unstable packages whose surface shape changes during pickup.
Recommended applications
- Liquid pouches, powder bags, flexible food packs, pharmaceutical bags and other sealed soft packaging.
- Bag filling, pouch loading, case packing, sorting and robotic transfer in packaging machinery.
- Curved or deformable packs that need gentle damping and a broad, adaptable sealing surface.
Model and selection notes
- BG25 through BG63 identify cup size. Cup lip, bellows body, retaining clip and complete fitting assemblies are separate service parts.
- Choose the cup-lip size according to the stable sealing area on the filled package, not only the overall bag size.
- Select the B1, B3, B6 or listed connection assembly only when its interface matches the holder and vacuum line.
- Product fill level, trapped air, wrinkles, seams and surface contamination can change holding force; validate the real package at production acceleration.
