AKH / AKB Pneumatic Check Valves

One-way valves for pneumatic circuits, offered as inline tube-to-tube, tube-to-male-thread and female-to-male-thread connections. Select the exact model and flow direction before ordering.

Connections and flow direction

• AKH inline -00 models: 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 mm tube outside diameter. Install according to the flow arrow on the valve body.
• AKH A models: male-thread inlet to push-in tube outlet. AKH B models: push-in tube inlet to male-thread outlet.
• AKB A models: male-thread inlet to female-thread outlet. AKB B models: female-thread inlet to male-thread outlet.
• Threaded options are M5 x 0.8 or PT 1/8, 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 as specified for each model. PT thread designations are retained; do not substitute NPT fittings.

Technical specifications

• Cracking pressure: 0.005 MPa (5 kPa).
• Temperature: -5 to 60 degrees C, with no freezing.
• Inline AKH -00: stainless-steel retaining clip; compatible with polyurethane (PU) and nylon tubing.
• Threaded AKH A/B and AKB A/B: nickel-plated brass body; suitable for gas and non-viscous liquids. Confirm fluid compatibility for your application.
• Threaded models: proof pressure 1.5 MPa; stated operating pressure range -100 kPa to 1 MPa. Proof pressure is not continuous operating pressure.
• PU and nylon tubing are listed for the range. AKB models use threaded ports and require appropriate separate fittings when used with tubing.
